Keyde Smart Rear Rim Ebike Conversion Kit

Keyde smart rear rim ebike conversion kit has a built-in controller and sensor, and the electric bike conversion kit with 7/10.5/15Ah battery. The ebike kit is silent, it includes OLED130/TFT350 Display and PBC1T2 cable.

Built-In Torque System & Speed System

* When you start the torque mode for the first time, you need to perform a horizontal calibration. (two modes can be switched at will)

Torque Mode

Provides assistance based on the strength of the pedals. The harder you pedal, the greater the assistance, which is suitable for climbing hills.

After Horizontal Calibration

When using motors(support torque mode) for the first time, please perform horizontal calibration first. The steps are as follows:

  • After assembling the electric bicycle, place it vertically on a horizontal ground.
  • On the setting page of the corresponding meter or APP, click "H adjust"
  • If "OK" is displayed on the right, the horizontal calibration is completed and you can start to enjoy your riding.

  1. The rim side of the disc brake is black, the V brake is silver.
  2. Rim side height is 30mm.

Applicable Disc Brake Rotor

Keyde Disc Brake Rotor Clear

For S100, S110, P100, P110 front hub motors & S100, P100 rear hub motors

  1. Use the universal 6-bolt disc brake rotor.
  2. The applicable diameter is 160mm or larger and the applicable hole diameter is 44mm.
Keyde Circular Stainless Steel Disc Brake

For S110, P110 rear hub motors & thru-axle rear hub motors

Use Keyde customized disc brake rotor, diameter is 160mm.

Connecting Other Batteries

Keyde DC Power Connector Cables

The motor voltage needs to be matched.

The max battery output current is ≥ 20A; P110 motor requires ≥ 30A.

The positive and negative poles are as shown in the figure.

About Installation

Keyde Disc Brake Installation

Please use the disc brake screws provided with the motor to fix the disc brake rotor. Other screws may damage the motor. (Please ignore this step if it is motor with V brake)
