If you encounter problems during installation, please read the instructions in the package carefully and follow the steps. If you still cannot complete the correct installation, you can also get help through the following methods:
- You can find the answer at "Installation Instructions", where we will collect some common installation problems that can solve most problems.
- You can contact our customer support (Email: support@diyebicycle.com), and we will usually reply to you within 24 hours.
- You can send your address to us, and we will match you with a cooperating store or individual (individuals who participated in "Helping Others"), who will help you install.
- You can also go to our French factory (Plenty France: 9 Le Girolet, 85130 Saint-Aubin-des-Ormeaux, France), and our engineers will help you install.
