P.wheel brings its battery, motor, smart controller, and sensors together in a compact 325 × 115 × 115 mm one-piece housing. Unlike a removable-battery design, its integrated construction reduces detachable connections and keeps core components securely housed, supporting a stable, cable-free setup for everyday riding.

Mesh-Lock Interlocking Structure

A smarter joint. Not a connecting arm.

Unlike connecting-arm designs, Mesh-Lock uses interlocking gear teeth to distribute mounting forces across the joint rather than relying on a projecting arm. The teeth provide a secure mechanical lock, so there’s no need to compensate by overtightening. Simply align the teeth and tighten the knob securely, without excessive force.

Dynamic Elastic Buffer System

Built-in high-tension adaptive spring arm.

The spring arm continuously presses the drive wheel against the tire, adapting to road bumps and potholes to maintain steady traction and help prevent slippage.

4 Assistance Levels

Choose from four assistance levels using the buttons on the unit or the P.wheel App. Switch modes directly without connecting your phone, or use the app to select your preferred assistance level. MOD is the default setting.

ECON (Economy Mode) — Level 1: Gentle Boost

Light assistance that adds a subtle, natural boost while keeping you actively involved in the ride. Ideal when you enjoy pedalling and want a little extra help.

P.wheel 4 Assistance Levels-MOD (Moderate Mode)

MOD (Moderate Mode) — Level 2: Balanced Flow

A balanced level of assistance for comfortable everyday riding. It provides steady support with light pedalling effort, making your usual journeys feel easier. MOD is the default setting.

P.wheel 4 Assistance Levels-GR (Gradient/High Mode)

GR (Greater Mode) — Level 3: Strong Support

A stronger level of assistance that noticeably reduces pedalling effort and helps you maintain a comfortable pace. A good choice when you want more support throughout your ride.

MAX (Maximum Mode) — Level 4: Maximum Assistance

How to install the P.wheel Electric Bike Booster?

First Use: Exit Shipping Mode

Smart Shipping Mode suspends power to the main circuit board to reduce standby drain during transport and extended storage. Connect a compatible charger and begin charging to restore power to the board, exit Shipping Mode, and activate P.wheel.

⚠️ CRITICAL: MOUNT BEFORE POWERING

Complete the mechanical installation and clamp P.wheel securely onto your seatpost before pressing the power button. The gyroscope needs to calibrate with the unit in its installed riding position. Turning it on before mounting may trigger tilt protection and temporarily lock the motor.

💡 If the unit was powered on before mounting and the motor becomes locked, hold the power button for approximately 10 seconds to reset it. Then reconnect the charger and begin charging to reactivate the unit before trying again.

Onboard & App Mode Control

Switch between all four assistance levels using the built-in buttons or the P.wheel App. No phone connection is needed when using the onboard controls. MOD is the default setting.

Bidirectional USB-C Charging

Recharge P.wheel with a compatible USB-C phone charger, or use its battery to power compatible portable devices. We recommend a USB-C PD fast charger rated at 45 W or higher for faster charging. Lower-power compatible chargers can also be used, but charging will take longer.

The charging port has moved from the top of the unit to the underside, reducing direct exposure to rain compared with the previous design.

Do not pair P.wheel through your phone’s Bluetooth settings. Open the P.wheel app and connect from within the app.

P.wheel can connect to only one phone at a time. If it is already connected to another phone, disconnect it there before connecting yours.

💡 Already paired through your phone’s Bluetooth settings? Remove or forget that pairing, then reconnect through the P.wheel app.

What's in the box?

Your package includes the P.wheel bicycle booster, a USB-C charging cable, a seatpost clamp, a hex wrench, and six seatpost adapters: 27.2, 28.6, 30.4, 30.8, 31.6, and 33.9 mm.

A charger is not included. You can use a compatible USB-C phone charger with the supplied cable. For faster charging, we recommend a USB-C PD charger rated at 45 W or higher.
