How fast do you ship out?
Usually within 1-2 business days. However, if an order is a pre-order or custom order, the lead time will be noted on the product page.

When will I receive tracking for my order?
As soon as your package ships out, you will receive an email notification that includes tracking info for your order. We usually ship by UPS, FEDES, DHL, DPD, 4PX, etc., you'll be able to click the link to track your package online. You can expect to receive a call from the freight company to set up your delivery appointment.
How long will my order take to arrive?
Usually between 3-10 business days depending on the shipping method. If the product ships via UPS, Fedex, DHL or DPD, it usually arrives within 2-5 business days. If your order ships via 4PX, it will take a few extra days depending on various factors. If your item is a pre-order or custom order it may take longer as well. We will contact you and let you know if that’s the case.
If somethin is out of stock can I back order or special order it?
Yes! Please contact us by Email to place your order. We even accept inquiries and pre-orders for any DIY your bike products that are not listed on the website. We will try our best to find the products you need and create an ordering link for you.
Do you accept insurance?
No, we do not accept insurance, but you have options for financing through Paypal or Klarna.
Does my credit card get charged when I place the order or when it ships out?
Your credit card will be charged if the item is in stock and ready to ship out. If the item is out of stock, or is on pre-order status or is a custom order or a built-to-order product with an extended lead time, we will contact you first to confirm if you want to reserve it, and if you confirm, your credit card will get charged and the goods will be reserved to ship to you as soon as it arrives back in stock.
